Protirelin
A tripeptide hormone analogue.
General information
Protirelin is a synthetic analogue of thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH), which is released by the hypothalamus and stimulates the release of thyroid stimulating hormone and prolactin from the anterior pituitary (DrugBank).
