General information

NSC Ex/Mv are murine neural stem/progenitor cell extracellular vesicle products. The have been shown to support innate and adaptive immune responses against SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus. Their activity might be (partially) facilitated by PIWI-interacting RNAs. NSC Ex/Mv might also physically interact with (pseudo)viral particles (Yu et al., 2020).

The cell products facilitated innate and adaptive antiviral responses against SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus, which could have been enabled via PIWI-interacting RNAs. NSC Ex/Mv was also observed to directly interact with pseudoviral particles.
