General information

hACE21−740-Fc is an artificial fusion protein serving as a decoy for SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein. The fusion protein bound SARS-CoV-2 Spike in vitro, blocked viral entry into cells with an IC50 of 0.68 nM and was safe for injection in mice. The protein was stably expressed in modified MSCs (Zhang et al., 2021).
