Ergotamine
A natural serotonin (1D) and alpha-adrenergic receptor agonist.
General information
Ergotamine is a natural alkaloid vasoconstrictor and analgesic. It is used for treatment of headaches. Ergotamine might inhibit release of pro-inflamatory neuropeptides (NCIt).
