CoV2-12
An anti-Spike (SARS-CoV-2) human monoclonal antibody.
General information
CoV2-12 is a human monoclonal antibody targeting Spike protein RBD (SARS-CoV-2). It was identified using single-chain variable fragment phage display technique. Its epitope partially overlaps with the CR3022's one and is completely conserved between SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2. It neutralized SARS-CoV-2 in vitro with NT50 of 18.17 μg/ml (Ku et al., 2021).
