General information

ACE2‐TMPRSS2‐EVs are lipid bilayer-engulfed particles derived from human cells expressing ACE2 and TMPRSS2 on their surface. They are isolated using size-exlusion chromatography. ACE2-TMPRSS2-EVs can serve as a SARS-CoV-2 decoy (Cocozza et al., 2020).
