A_BR28
An arbidol analogue.
General information
A_BR28 is an arbidol analogue predicted to interact with the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein amino acid residues responsible for interaction with ACE2, furin, and TMPRSS2 and also to inhibit the SARS-CoV-2 3C-like protease (Choudhary et al., 2020).
