General information

A-1H4 is an IgG2/4 antibody with neutralizing activity against SARS-CoV-2 in vitro. It was identified using the phage display technique from an antibody library based on blood samples from infected patients (Kim et al., 2021).

The antibody (or a derived experimental construct) inhibited SARS-CoV-2 S protein binding to Vero E6 cells and it neutralized SARS-CoV-2 in Vero cells with ID50 of 0.439 μg/ml.
